  12:00PM 2:00PM Saturdays On Broadway   August 24, Noon-2PM Students from Tri-State Community School for the Arts’ “Rock School” will perform as part of Saturdays on Broadway. A Musicians Swap Meet will be held from 10AM-3PM, and an auction will follow the performance from 2-3PM. All performances are held at the parking lot next to City Place in Frostburg. Concerts will be held rain or shine. Canopies are provided for the musicians and audience. Performances are free and open to the public.
